Ingredients
- 6 ears of corn
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups pancake flour
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 8 oz butter
- ½ bar cream cheese
Instructions
- Preheat smoker to 350 degrees.
- Blend corn in food processor. Add eggs, vanilla and cream cheese.
- Combine flour and baking powder and Mix with melted butter then the milks. Add corn mixture.
- Spray 9x13 dish with Pam. Fill with batter and bake for 60 minutes.
- After 60min check the center for doneness, cook longer if needed.
- Serve and enjoy!
